Below is a list of our current delivery charges.

Privacy & Security

We take precautions to protect your privacy when browsing and ordering through this website. Whenever you browse a page on this website, it is through a secure server connection (https://). We use Transport Security Layer (TLS)/Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 256-bit encryption, the industry standard in secure server protection. You can verify the secure connection by clicking on the padlock icon in your browser. This icon will appear when viewing any page on our website.

We are fully PCI DSS compliant and our external payment provider Worldpay is certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant – the highest security rating for credit card processing.

As a further security enhancement, all card payments are processed externally and securely on Worldpay's own servers and thus your card details are never viewable by us or stored on our servers.

Returns & Replacements

Should you in any way be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, unopened and in original condition, within 30 days for exchange or a refund. An amount of £ 7.45 may be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery costs, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that this returns policy is for orders made through this website only and not for orders made over the telephone or received via post.

Availability

We endeavor to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot guarantee availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to advise of expected delivery dates.

Payment & Pricing

We accept most major credit and debit cards except American Express via our external payment provider Worldpay (see Privacy & Security). We will not charge your card until your order is ready for dispatch unless by prior arrangement. If your chosen method of payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until payment has cleared. This can take up to 7 banking days. Please make cheques payable to: Richard Frankfurt Photographic Ltd, and send them to: Richard Frankfurt Photographic, 45-49 Gladstone Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2BQ. Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque and enclose a covering letter detailing your order. Bankers draft and postal orders are also acceptable methods of payment.

If for any reason delivery within the agreed time cannot be made we will advise you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we will offer you a refund.

All prices shown on this website EXCLUDE VAT at the new January 2011 rate of 20%. In the extremely unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch. We will notify you ASAP should this be the case.

If you would like to give us some feedback about our site or if you experience any problems using or placing an order, please get in touch at websupport@richardfrankfurt.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve any issues for you promptly. When contacting us, we can often solve problems more quickly if you supply the following information:-

  • What you were trying to do e.g. Trying to add a product to the shopping cart.
  • What happened and any errors that appeared.
  • Your operating system e.g. Windows 8
  • Your web browser type and version (usually found in Help > About) e.g. Internet Explorer 8.0761.
  • Any other information that you think may be relevant.
