We aim to process all orders as soon as they are received and we dispatch goods the same day subject to availability and credit card authorisation.
Please note that card authorisations can take 24 hours to clear. Products despatched are for next day delivery (Saturdays not included).

POSTAGE AND PACKING - OUTSIDE UK
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We endeavor to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot guarantee availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to advise of expected delivery dates.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will not charge your card until your order is ready for dispatch unless by prior arrangement. If your chosen method of payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until payment has cleared. This can take up to 7 banking days. Please make cheques payable to: Richard Frankfurt Photographic Ltd, and send them to: Richard Frankfurt Photographic, 45-49 Gladstone Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2BQ. Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque and enclose a covering letter detailing your order. Bankers draft and postal orders are also acceptable methods of payment.
If for any reason delivery within the agreed time cannot be made we will advise you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we will offer you a refund.
RETURNS POLICY
Should you in any way be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 30 days for exchange or a refund. An amount of £6.50 may be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery costs, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

We cannot accept responsibility for any for any information provided by a third party, contained within our site, or for the contents of any links from our site. Product images are for illustration purposes only and actual products may differ from those shown. Product descriptions and specifications are meant as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed accurate. In the extremely unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch.
