PRICES
All prices shown on this website EXCLUDE VAT at the new January 2011 rate of 20%.
In the extremely unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch. We will notify you ASAP should this be the case.
DELIVERY - UK
We aim to process all orders as soon as they are received and we dispatch goods the same day subject to availability and credit card authorisation.
Please note that card authorisations can take 24 hours to clear.
Products despatched are for next working day delivery (not weekends) and are delivered by Interlink. Although our next day delivery service is extremely reliable, it is NOT a guaranteed service. Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our couriers and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.

NB. we are unable to accept orders from countries outside of the UK.
Orders must be received by 3pm for delivery the next working day. For non-mainland delivery please phone for precise quote.
DELIVERY - OUTSIDE UK
We are able to ship to some countries outside the UK. Please contact us for shipping quotes and availabilty.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We endeavor to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot guarantee availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to advise of expected delivery dates.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards EXCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. We will not charge your card until your order is ready for dispatch unless by prior arrangement. If your chosen method of payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until payment has cleared. This can take up to 7 banking days. Please make cheques payable to: Richard Frankfurt Photographic Ltd, and send them to: Richard Frankfurt Photographic, 45-49 Gladstone Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2BQ. Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque and enclose a covering letter detailing your order. Bankers draft and postal orders are also acceptable methods of payment.
If for any reason delivery within the agreed time cannot be made we will advise you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we will offer you a refund.
RETURNS POLICY
Should you in any way be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it,
UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 30 days for exchange or a refund.
An amount of £ 7.45 may be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery costs, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Please note that this returns policy is for orders made through this website only and not for orders made over the telephone or received via post.
