How to place an online order
1. The Shopping Cart
Add a product to your Shopping Cart by clicking once on the grey 'Add To Order' button located on the top-right hand side of each product listing. Once you have done this, you will be shown the contents of your shopping cart (with the item you just added displayed in the box). You can remove an item by clicking once on the red cross to the right of the product. You can change the quantity of a product by typing a number into the 'Quantity' column and then clicking once on the 'Update' button.
If you have finished shopping and would like to complete your order, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. If however, you'd like to continue shopping click on the 'Continue Shopping' button which will take you back to the site's main home page.
2. Confirm Shipping/Billing Address
If you are not logged into your account or have not yet registered with Richard Frankfurt Photographic, you will be presented with the Sign In page requesting you to enter your Username and Password or to Register for the first time.
Then, once you have logged in, you will be asked to confirm/select your Shipping Address. (If your Shipping Address is not showing, click the red 'Change Address' link to select your shipping address.) Once your Shipping Address is selected press the 'Continue' button.
Next you will be asked to confirm/select your Billing Address. (If your Billing Address is not showing, click the red 'Change Address' link to select your billing address.)
Underneath your Billing Address, 'Credit/Debit Card' is by default selected as the type of payment.
Card Payments are the only payment types currently accepted by our website.
Press the 'Continue' button to go to the secure payment section.
3. Checkout/Secure Payment Page
This page is secured by strong 256-bit SSL Encryption, and the link between your web browser and our website is encrypted to ensure the integrity and privacy of the data that you submit to us. You can verify the secure connection by clicking on the padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. This icon will appear whenever your connection to the online ordering system is active.
You will now see a summary of your order showing the items you have added to your Cart and the total amount to pay. If you wish to add more items to your order, simply navigate away from the Checkout page and continue shopping - your Shopping Cart will be saved until you are ready to complete your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order at this point, simply click on the red 'Cart Contents' link on the right of the page - here you can modify item quantities or remove items completely.
Once you are ready to place your order, enter your Credit or Debit Card details carefully into the section at the bottom of the page. Please make sure you enter your 3-digit Card Security Code (CVV) into the field provided, this is required by us to verify you are the Cardholder.
You may also add any extra information or instructions for us or for the delivery driver into the 'Your Comments' field.
Click the 'Place Order' button to securely place your order with Richard Frankfurt Photographic.
4. Order Notification & Status
Once you have placed your order, a copy will automatically be sent to your e-mail address. Once a member of our sales team has verified your order, they may need to notify you if an item is out of stock.
You can view your order (and past orders) at any time by logging into your Account and clicking the red 'Order History' link in the top menu. This will display your recent orders, simply click on the order number (e.g. 345) you wish to view and that order will be displayed.
We may notify you by e-mail when the status of your order has changed, for example when it has been been sent.
