We aim to process all orders as soon as they are received and we dispatch goods the same day subject to availability and credit card authorisation.
Please note that card authorisations can take 24 hours to clear.
Products despatched are for next working day delivery (not weekends) and are delivered by ANC. Although our next day delivery service is extremely reliable, it is NOT a guaranteed service. Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our couriers and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.
